Special Assistance

If you are disabled or a person with reduced mobility, please be aware of the below information before continuing to arrange your assistance:
  • If you are travelling alone or with someone who cannot assist you, you will need to be self-reliant. Please see our FAQs for further information on what this means before continuing.
  • As the number of wheelchairs we are able to carry is restricted for safety reasons, if you have limited mobility or are taking a wheelchair with you, please contact our Customer Welfare team on 020 3451 2585 (Customers in the Republic of Ireland can call us on 1850 946 164) to check we can accommodate you. If travelling on a Crystal Ski flight, please contact us on 020 8712 3378.
  • Some medical conditions will require a fitness to fly certificate from your doctor in order to travel with TUI airways. Information about which conditions will require this documentation can be found here. Please check whether you require a fitness to fly letter before continuing.
  • If your flight is departing within 48 hours, you must contact our Customer Welfare team on 020 3451 2585 (Customers in the Republic of Ireland can call us on 1850 946 164) and requests should not be submitted online. Crystal Ski customers requiring assistance please contact us on 020 8712 3378.
  • Calls from landlines cost the standard rate, but calls from mobiles may be higher. Check with your network provider.
